This is a compilation of many blog posts and food pantry handouts plus some new info. If you hate having to search around or ask me for something I told you once, this is an easy way to find it because just about all the knowledge I have in the world is in this little book. :-) When we open I also will use this at the Pantry, but I'm not sure exactly how that will look, still working on those details.
So, go buy my book. :-)
